1. Technical difficulties

·        I can’t download the eBook I purchased.

Ø      There is a list of download helps available in the store to assist you with troubleshooting.

·        The print quality isn’t very good.

Ø      Our text appears black and the pictures appear gray when you download a book. This is to give you the highest resolution for the images and when you print using a black & white printer or copier, both the pictures and art will print black.

·        There seems to be missing pages.

Ø      Check you paper tray. Many of our packets are very large and contain over 100 pages. You may have simply run out of paper.

2. I would like to attend a workshop. When and where are you presenting?

Ø      Tracy Jarboe is currently presenting on behalf of ABC Schoolhouse. Please refer to the “News and Events” icon on the homepage for a list of dates and states.

3. Are the materials you offer appropriate for my grade level?

Ø      In our presenting travels and experience working with many different districts, we have found variations in grade level expectations and benchmarks. When we create materials we create them with our classrooms in mind. Tracy currently teaches in CO and Stefani teaches in CA. We try to align our materials to the national academic standards. Our materials are written with the Pre-school through second grade teacher in mind. Most everything can be modified to fit your specific classroom needs with ease, but we do not write material for intermediate grades third through sixth. However, other authors on our site such as Gary Hardy, do write materials for older children. You will need to read the descriptions by their products to identify the appropriate grade levels.

4. I need a unit that is not listed on your site. Do you offer additional units?

Ø      We only offer what is shown on our website. However, we are always writing new units. If there is a unit you would like us to offer, please use the “Contact Us” icon on the homepage to let us know. Try to be as specific as possible. We appreciate and value your suggestions and feedback! We are also open to offering other authors works for sale on our site. If you would like us to carry your work or the work of your colleagues, please see the call for authors page.

5. What happened to the free units that were available on your freebies page?

Ø      There are still free downloads available with each unit. We are currently taking off all the old e-Books and free materials and updating them. As the units are updated they are placed back on the site. You will need to go to the store to access the free PDF packet samples and to the theme pages for free themed material. We will be adding free sample pages with every new unit.

6. If I register on your mailing list, will my address be kept confidential?

Ø      Absolutely YES! We will not share your email address with anyone. We simply keep addresses in a database so that we can let you know about new units or exciting changes. We usually send out an ABC Schoolhouse update periodically. We try very hard to honor your privacy and your time.

7. Where do you get your graphics?

Ø      All our graphics are the creation of Stefani Sadler. Each image is copyrighted. The books and patterns you purchase are for your personal classroom use ONLY. Thank you for respecting this rule.
