| Download Error |
Use the latest version of
Internet Explorer and avoid third party versions that may be provided by
your ISP. Go directly to the Explorer without your ISP login.
This is done by clicking on the blue E ( or other internet browser icon)
and then going to the download URL. |
| Damaged File Error |
This is usually caused by some type of interruption or slow internet
speed. Make sure you selected save and not open when
downloading. Only download and save ONE file at a time.
Clicking multiple downloads at once can freeze or disrupt the download
process.

| File appears to download and open, but has blank pages. |
Make sure you have the latest
version of Adobe Reader:

| Dial-Up Users |
The average file size is 2-4 MB. So,
make sure your ISP allows for downloads of this size. Only
download and save ONE file at a time. Clicking multiple
downloads at once can freeze or disrupt the download process.
Also, make sure you selected save and not open
when downloading.

consider purchasing your items on the USB flash drive. It's only
$4.95 plus $2.95 shipping. We have done our best to keep this

ups of all your downloads, too. |
| MAC Users |
Some MAC PDF software does
not appear to work well with Adobe PDF files. Download and install
Adobe Reader. Then, re-download your purchased files. Open
Adobe Reader and open files in Adobe. If you just click to open
them, the MAC software will try to automatically open the PDF files
using the other software.

| Waiting for Order to arrive
in the mail. |
Unless you ordered a flash drive, all orders
are filled electronically. This is what allows us to offer such
great prices. Flash drive orders take 5-7 days for delivery and
you should have received a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. |
